I am so impressed with Charlie and Evict-a-Critter. The customer service is over the top!! Charlie has done much more than I expected. We have a mouse/rat problem in Newberg within my garage and under the house. I was amazed that he put motion detectors under the house. Traps in the garage, and external traps as well. He has gone under the house several times (ugh). He offers to come to my house 24 hours per day if we have a rat/mouse that he needs to take away. The level of service is amazing.

Charlie does an amazing job! I'm a Realtor and tried contacting various pest control companies for a client of mine that had major snake issues. I contacted about 20 pest control companies and out of those 20, I had 3 that said they could work with snake remediation. Out of those 3, 1 didn't follow up or contact me back for an appointment and the other was late and needed to reschedule. Charlie was timely, great with communication and went above and beyond what was expected. My clients were so impressed that I had him come out to work at my property for ants and mice. I cannot express enough how impressed I am by him. He inspected my attic and crawlspace and was honest about his discovery. Turns out, my attic and crawlspace are pretty clean and don't have a problem. So he set traps outside my house and shop, took care of my ant problem, sprayed around my house perimeter to deter spiders and ants and even cleaned off wasp nests and sprayed my eaves for future deterrent. Not to mention he even cleaned off all spider webs in my front porch and carport. He is exceptionally priced compared to so many other quotes I got from companies. And he insures his work for 90 days, will come by multiple times to check traps and if anything arises I can contact him to come out with no extra charge. And I can set up for quarterly work if I want. Amazing man with a heart of gold!
